We run your studio's IT, so you can run the studio.
Beyond the creative cloud, CloudStudio runs the technology behind the business: devices, email, networks, and security. A managed service provider built for studios, so your team stays focused on the work, not the infrastructure.
Most studios do not have a tech team.
Post-production runs on a stack of technology that nobody on the creative team signed up to manage: Macs and PCs to keep secure, email and identity to run, networks and storage to maintain, and content security a client will ask about. CloudStudio is a managed service provider built for studios, so the people doing the work are not also doing the IT.
The whole technology layer.
Fractional CTO & IT Leadership
Senior technology leadership, strategy, and vendor management, without a full-time hire.
Corporate Device Management
Every Mac, PC, and phone enrolled, secured, patched, and cleanly offboarded.
Email & Identity
Google Workspace runs properly, with single sign-on and MFA.
Domain, DNS & Web
Domains, DNS, certificates, and hosting held in one managed, monitored place.
Network & Infrastructure
Firewalls, VPN, private cloud, and secure remote access, designed and maintained.
Security & Compliance
TPN readiness, zero-trust, endpoint protection, and backups that actually restore.
Brought in when you need them.
On top of the managed baseline, we take on the projects studios get asked for by clients and auditors: TPN badges, custom tooling, and getting every person properly onboarded.
TPN Blue Badge
We work with you to build your security documentation and submit it for your TPN Blue badge.
TPN Gold Badge
Full TPN Gold certification support: documentation, controls, and assessor coordination, end to end.
Fractional CTO
Technical consulting on demand: architecture decisions, vendor calls, and a roadmap your studio can actually run.
Custom Development
Custom tools, websites, and workflow automation built around how your studio works.
Enterprise Onboarding & Training
Hands-on onboarding and training for every person on the team, from sign-in to daily workflow.

Start the conversationWhat a TPN badge is, and how we get you there.
The Trusted Partner Network (TPN) is the Motion Picture Association's content-security program. Studios and streamers ask the vendors who touch their content to hold a TPN status, which means post houses are increasingly asked to show a badge before work is awarded.
There are two levels. A Blue badge is a self-reported assessment: you document your security posture, controls, and workflows on the TPN platform. A Gold badge adds a third-party assessment, where a TPN-accredited assessor validates those controls on site or remotely.
We do the heavy lifting for both. For Blue, we build your security documentation with you and submit it for approval. For Gold, we prepare the documentation and controls, then coordinate the assessor end to end, so your team is not learning an audit framework mid-delivery. And because the CloudStudio platform itself is built around per-user access, audit logging, and encrypted storage, much of what an assessor looks for is already in place.

A studio MSP, not a generic one.
Assess, stabilize, then run.
Assess
We map what you have: devices, accounts, networks, storage, and the risks hiding in them.
Stabilize
We fix the foundations first: identity, backups, patching, and the security gaps that matter.
Run
We operate it day to day: monitoring, support, onboarding and offboarding, and a roadmap that keeps pace.
Pairs with the creative cloud, or stands alone.
Many studios run CloudStudio for both: the creative cloud for editorial and color, and managed services for the technology behind the business. You can also take managed services on their own. Either way, it is one team that understands how a post-production studio actually works.
We work with post-production studios, production companies, and creative and advertising agencies, from a handful of seats to a full facility. If your team cuts on cloud workstations and keeps media on tiered storage, the same people who run that platform run your IT.
Questions, answered.
Do we need the creative cloud to use managed services?
No. Many studios run both, but managed services stand on their own: devices, email and identity, networks, security, and IT leadership for your studio.
Can you help us get a TPN badge?
Yes. We work with you on the documentation and controls for a TPN Blue badge submission, and for Gold we handle documentation, controls, and assessor coordination end to end.
Do you build custom tools?
Yes. We design and build custom tools, websites, and workflow automation around how your studio actually works.
How does onboarding work?
Hands-on, per person. We sit with each team member, set up their access and devices, and walk them through the workflows they will actually use.
What is the Trusted Partner Network (TPN)?
TPN is the Motion Picture Association content-security program. Studios and streamers ask the vendors who touch their content to hold a TPN status, so post houses are increasingly required to show one before work is awarded.
What is the difference between a TPN Blue badge and a Gold badge?
Blue is a self-reported assessment: you document your security posture on the TPN platform. Gold adds a third-party assessment by a TPN-accredited assessor. We prepare the documentation and controls for both, and coordinate the assessor for Gold.
How is a studio MSP different from a generic MSP?
A generic MSP manages laptops and email for any business. A studio MSP also understands media workflows: NLEs, shared storage, proxies, remote workstations, and the content-security questions clients actually ask.
What does the managed baseline include?
Device management for every Mac, PC, and phone, email and identity with SSO and MFA, domain and DNS, network and infrastructure, security monitoring, backups, and day-to-day support for the team.
More of the platform.
